Every verdict is based on the vendor's pricing, limits and documentation pages. Where we have them, it also summarizes public user reports (with links) and our own tests: a fixed, public set of tasks we run on the free and the paid tier. The badge on each verdict says which evidence it has, and we never claim a test we did not run.
